Great product design and customer journey

Had the toothbrush for about a week now, where it’s hard to know about long term effects but it’s a l absolut delight in experience so far. Packaging, design and the idea behind it are great! It’s a high quality product with an amazing purpose behind it. I love how you can recycle the heads and that it’s made to be repaired and long lasting. The accessories that come with it are great as well. It’s a lovely feel while brushing the teeth and they feel clean afterwards.

Even a novice can find it easy to use

First week of using an electric toothbrush and it's been a great start with Suri. I can see a noticeable difference in the efficiency and quality of cleaning results. The toothbrush itself is very sturdy, it charged quickly and it works as expected. It feels like a quality product and I'm reminded daily when using it that it's better for the environment than the competitors. Using an electric toothbrush for the first time takes a bit of time to get used to. I find that occasionally when the hard body of the toothbrush touches my teeth it rattles my brain. The vibrations can also tickle parts of my mouth but I'm sure this will all improve with practice. If the rest of my Suri experience is as good as it's been so far I will be a true fan of the brand.

How long does the battery last?

4 hours of charging will give the brush 40 days before needing a recharge.

Does the brush head rotate?

Our brush uses sonic cleaning technology and has a high vibration (33,000 per minute) to create an effect called “fluid dynamics” which lifts plaque off your teeth. The technologies are different and recommended by different dentists worldwide - both highly effective and neither superior to the other.

Is there a pressure sensor?

We don't have a visible pressure warning but have two speed modes and medium/soft bristles for an effective gentle clean.

What does the travel case do?

It contains a UV-C light which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria in just one minute. And it will also charge your brush when it's plugged in.

Is the head compostable?

Our head is made out of sustainably sourced cornstarch and the bristles castor oil. There are a few steps needed to compost our head, see more on our recycling page. We also offer a pre-paid return mailer (for the UK/US) to make returning your heads to us easy, we do this as they can be recycled up to 6 times (or upcycled into different products).

Does the brush have a timer/notifications?

Our brush has a dentist-recommended 2-minute timer. Gentle haptic feedback every 30 seconds (the vibrations pause for a split-second) let you know when to move on to the next quarter of your mouth.

The brush automatically turns off after 2 minutes. Want to brush for a little longer? Just restart the brush and switch it off when you’re ready, using the on/off button.
